Bhavadas Chathamkulam (Chairman) In 1969 our Chairman Sri Bhavadas Chathamkulam started his career in timber business. Besides God's grace, it is his strong vision, stern actions and sheer hard work that exalted Chathamkulam group to the pinnacle of glory and success. A visionary, he paved new vistas in the business field and lead the group to the meritorious and envious position it adorns today. Even then he was well aware of the deprivations of the society and people in and around him. With the right intention to serve the society, he formed Chathamkulam Foundation Charitable Trust and this College is owned and governed by the Trust.

Dr. T. K. Ravindran Former vice chancellor, university of Calicut, MA (History),LLB, PhD in History. Professor & H.O.D, History, University of Kerala-16 Yrs. Dr. P R G Mathur PhD in Anthropology. 35 years of research and teaching experience at various anthropological study – centers in India and abroad. Currently he is the secretary & professor of AICAS and the chairman of international commission on urgent anthropological Research. Attended various national & international seminars and published several research papers and books on the subject. Commodore (Retd.) S.Saseendran Commodore (Retd.) S.Saseendran hails from Indian Navy after 30 years of meritorious service. During his tenure, he has adorned many Esteemed Positions in multifarious departments in the Indian Navy. His academic credentials include M.Tech (Electronics and Telecommunication) and MMS (Master in Management Sciences). Further, while in Defence Service, he has bagged many more credentials. Prominent among them are : Masters in Weapon System Electronics Engineering Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification for Information System Audit(CISA) Lead Auditor BS-7799 (ISMS) Work and time motion study Defence Management Course Certified Management Instructor by AIMA During the span of 30 years of service in Indian Navy, he has added many feathers to his cap by holding key and coveted posts such as: IT Advisor to Chief of Naval Staff Member of IT Policy Group for Ministry of Defence Head of the IT Faculty, College of Defence Management, Hyderabad, the only one of its kind in the world. Director of Projects(Electronics & IT) for advanced Technology Vessel (ATV) , the first indigenous Nuclear Powered Submarine. Presently he is the Director of FCRI, Kanjikode Palakkad, the most prestigious Research and Development enterprise of the Government of India. Mr. Sumesh Chathamkulam Mr. Sumesh Chathamkulam is the Vice Chairman of Chathamkulam Foundation Charitable Trust. A Commerce graduate, he recalls his college days being busily involved in Organizational and Cultural activities associated with Student's welfare. After completing studies, he entered into his family business helping his father. Gradually he realized his in-born flair in Business and allied activities. Obviously, ' He came – He saw – He conquered ". The rest is history. A glance back to the past 15 years unleashes his multifaceted personality. He stamped his identity in Plantation, Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure and such other fields with magical success. His stringent creative vision, strategic decisions and hard work has, in the past few years exalted Chathamkulam Empire to the most prestigious, flamboyant and enviable stage it holds today. His still next mission and passion was to provide professional management education of global corporate standards to talented and deserving students at affordable cost. Our MBA College, his brain-child and dream project has now become a reality. A true humanitarian and philanthropist by nature, he spares time and resource to actively associate with many Cultural, Charitable and Social Organizations. In fact, he is the back bone of many such ventures. He has more dreams, plans and proposals in store for the society waiting implementation. May his dreams materialize and give a prosperous face-lift to our society. Mr. Rajeesh Chathamkulam Mr. Rajeesh Chathamkulam is the Director of Chathamkulam Group of Institutions. Basically he is an illustrious Lawyer practicing at High Court of Kerala. After taking LLB, he flew to United Kingdom, from where he bagged Bar-At-Law meritoriously. As director, he is keen on litigation matters of the group. Moreover, he is actively heading recruitment and placement affairs of Study UK Programme of the Trust. An able and vivacious Administrator, he spares his service for the smooth and stable governing of day to day affairs of the entire Projects and Institutions that come under the Group. As the Corporate HR Head of the group, his performance has been proved to be very excellent, harmonious and strategic. His timely counsels, diplomatic decisions and dynamic guidance have always been an asset to the entire Group. Following the foot prints of his father and brother, he is sweating hard for the total welfare and growth of the Group. He is also closely associated with the activities of certain cultural, social and charitable projects. We are really blessed to have got such vibrant administrated and pucca humanitarian as our Director. Mr. Rahul Easwar After graduation in Economics from Kerala University Rahul has done his higher studies in Philosophy and Psychology. He has served with the HR department of US Technology and has delivered life-skill training sessions in more than 5000 platforms across India, Indonesia, Sri-Lanka and Dubai. He has an experience of more than 10 years in the Human Resource Development industry and currently serves as the Chief Education Consultant to Njanmount Pvt. Ltd. He has published five books in Philosophy and appeared as a panel guest with CNN, NDTV, Aljazeera, Times Now, Kairali, Indiavision, Surya and Asianet TV Channels related to a number of social and political issues. His articles are published in many Newspapers and Magazines in India. He is the grandson of Sabarimala Supreme Priest and the spoke person for Sabarimala. Mr. Praveen Parameswar Praveen Parameswar is the Vice President (HRD) to Njanmount Technologies Pvt Ltd (India and UK). Before joining with Njanmount he was associated with the Student Development Unit of Cardiff University as a peer group trainer and student advisor. Currently he manages his time between London and India for managing the Corporate Education and Research function of the company. He has delivered training sessions in numerous academic institutions under more than 20 Universities across the world and provides coaching as well as mentoring to Employees from various corporate firms such as Reliance, E & Y, TCS, IBM, Accenture, Deloitte, PWC, DHL, Collabra etc. He is also associated with a number of premium organizations as a consultant in Organizational Development. Praveen has done advanced studies in Strategic Management from 'London School of Economics' and a Second Rank holder in MBA (HR) from Cardiff University (UK). He is also the winner of Sir. Julian Hodge Prize for the (2nd) best performance in Human Resource Management at Cardiff Business School. Before joining Cardiff University, he has done his first post graduation in International Business Law from ICFAI and graduation in law from Kerala University. Regarding professional training, he has been personally trained in Corporate Education by the well acclaimed life skills expert Mr. John Steel (London) and educated in 'Personal Coaching' at the prestigious 'Coaching Academy', London.
